(They can also provide you with a quote regarding any additional services, like putting together a new bed, etc.)

Send them a screenshot of the pieces you are purchasing, along with your address and request a quote/availability.  Let us know who you go with and what day they will be picking up and we will have it ready to go on our end. (Please arrange delivery within 1 week of purchase. We don't have the room to store longer than that.)

Shipping Policies: Obviously, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs once it leaves us, but we only use carriers who are insured and we have had a great shipping track record.  We package these items with extreme care and deliberation, and we only use pallets for extra caution and protection during transit. Delivery is in front of a house or structure.  For liability reasons, they are not allowed inside.  Freight charges are non-refundable.  When your items arrive, please inspect it before the driver leaves.  If there is damage, it must be reported IN WRITING on the sign off sheet before the driver leaves. Once the driver leaves your property, without it reported in writing at time of delivery, there isn't much we can do in order to help you file a claim.  

Note: we are not shipping 105" consoles at this time. And the only way we can ship beds is if you also purchase a dresser or a console to go with it because we ship on pallets and must have something to lean it up against.  And while we will do our best to work with any issues that arrive during shipping, we can't be held responsible for what happens after it leaves us.  We package these items with extreme care and deliberation to protect them in transit and we only ship on pallets for further protection. Freight charges are non-refundable. When your item arrives, please inspect it before the driver leaves. In the extremely rare case that there is damage, it must be reported in writing on the sign off sheet before the driver leaves. If you fail to note any damage on the report sheet with the driver, there isn't much we can do to help you file a claim after the fact. Once the driver leaves your property, we can bear no responsibility for any damages that occur.

We cannot hold without purchase. But when your order comes through, we will mark it as sold and have it pulled for pickup. We wrap it in plastic as a complimentary service for our customers.

We are open for local pickup Thursdays-Sundays, 10-3pm.
